MODEUS MOBILE PTY LTD TERMS OF USE

In this Terms of Use, “MM”, “We”, “Us” and “Our” refers to MODEUS MOBILE Pty Ltd ACN 610 812 327 and “You” or “Your” refers to the user of the App.

PLEASE READ THESE AMS TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE DOSELINK APP (App).

BY USING THE APP YOU ARE REPRESENTING TO AMS THAT YOU HAVE READ AND THAT YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS OF USE.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH THESE TERMS OF USE YOU MUST NOT DOWNLOAD, INSTALL, OPERATE OR USE THE APP.

Terms of Use

You must abide by the following terms of use when You access, operate or use the App, including any functions or features that enable You to post comments, content, material, or interact with other users:

  1. You must not to use the App for any unlawful purpose that will violate any applicable local, state, federal or international law, rule or regulation.
  2. You must not permit any other person to use the App or the functions and the information the App provides in any way that is offensive or that results or could result in any loss or any damage to any person;
  3. You must not permit a user under the age of 18 to use the App or the functions and the information the App provides.
  4. You must not defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or otherwise violate the legal rights of others including MM and its directors, officers, agents, employees, licensees, contractors, assignees or successors;
  5. You must not upload, email, post, publish, distribute or otherwise transmit any information about any person that may identify them or which compromises their privacy or breaches confidentiality without their prior written consent;
  6. You must impersonate any person or entity, falsely state or otherwise misrepresent Your affiliation with any person or entity;
  7. You must not upload, email, post, publish, distribute or otherwise transmit content that is false or misleading, inappropriate, tasteless, harassing, threatening, abusive, hateful, profane, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, racially vilifying, which promotes bigotry or hatred or harm against a group or individual deliberately provocative or indecent; designed to provoke a negative response from one or more users, infringes another’s rights including but not limited to intellectual property rights, or violates any applicable laws or regulations.
  8. You must not upload, email, post, publish, distribute or otherwise transmit content that is of nuisance value, inappropriate, off topic, vexatious, or constitutes unsolicited bulk e-mail, junk mail, spam or chain letters.
  9. You must not upload, email, post, publish, distribute or otherwise transmit content that contains a solicitation for funds, promotion, advertisement, solicitation for goods or services, or other commercial matter.
  10. You must not solicit other users to use or join or become members of any commercial online or offline service or other organisation.
  11. You must not violate the property rights of others and You must not upload, email, post, publish, distribute or otherwise transmit content that infringes any patent, trade mark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights of any party;
  12. You must not solicit, collect or store personal data about other users;
  13. You must not post any instructions, software or other materials that harm other users' computers or would allow App users or third parties to harm other users' computers, mobile devices, tablet devices or to inappropriately access software or Websites.
  14. You must not post any computer programs that contain destructive features, such as viruses, worms or Trojan horses and You must not employ any type of bots for the use of scrolling, showing multiple screens, or other activities that might disrupt online communication.
  15. You must take all reasonable steps to ensure that no unauthorised person will have access to Your mobile device or Your personal and/or medical information.

Termination of Use

You acknowledge and agree that MM may at its sole and absolute discretion at any time terminate or suspend Your access to all or any part of the App with or without cause and without notice.

MM may, but has no obligation, to monitor use of the App. You may discontinue Your participation in and access to the App at any time.

If You breach any of the Terms of Use, Your access to use the App will terminates and You agree to immediately uninstall the App.
